At MXSaints, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

  • You have 7 days (1 week) from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging, unless defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within the 7-day period.
  • Please provide proof (photos or videos) along with your proof of purchase.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • If your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your item.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
