- You have 7 days (1 week) from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging, unless defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within the 7-day period.
- Please provide proof (photos or videos) along with your proof of purchase.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that are used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
- Any requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Return Process

Exchanges
